About our Client - Our Client is an engineering group in tooling, materials technology, mining and construction. They are operational in 130 countries across the globe and have an employee base of close to 50000 people across the globe.

Job Description - Reporting into the Global HR Head, As Head of Global Center and HR Services Manager for India, you lead the HR Services Global Center in its work to deliver quality services across all countries and regions, and you also lead and manage the delivery of operational HR Services in India.

- Your responsibilities include effectively planning, developing and implementing cost efficient HR services both for India and in the Global Center.

- In this position you ensure the transition of services into the Global Center, as part of the ongoing development and implementation of the HR delivery model.

- You also develop annual strategy plans to meet business requirements and continuous improvement needs, and are responsible for developing the capability and skills within the Global Center and in HR Services in India.

- You identify business opportunities to further utilize operations and lessons learned from best practices across all regions, and you create a supportive environment for the development of both individuals and teams.

- You proactively build relationships across the organization and are accountable for providing a consistent and high quality service within the country.

- Together with the Global and Regional management teams, you develop processes and offerings to meet changing business needs and deliver on continuous improvement goals.

The Successful Candidate - As a successful candidate- You should have at least seven years- experience in a leading role within HR or other shared service area.

- Your background in an international setting that makes you well prepared for the challenges of managing a truly global organization, and you have a proven track record of extensive skills in change management.
