Head - HR Shared Services & Compensation
- Responsible for directing, controlling & monitoring the execution and implementation of service delivery across all HR processes (engagements and communications, IT, helpdesk, compliance management, knowledge management, admin for HRMS).
- Key architect for Compensation and benefits programs that improves on existing models and accommodate the physical and financial well-being of employees.
- Responsibilities include contributing to the design of a regional job architecture and manage leveling issues, monitor and track equity awards, review local and country market pay requirements and execute multiple benefits projects and programs.
- The role ensures quality, process efficiency, time and cost effectiveness across services delivered to internal HR customers, leading to realization of the HR strategy
- Must have experience of working in a the area of HR Generalist, Compensation, with exposure to compliance management and HR Operations.
- Exposure to HR process automation, world-class processes and system, Best in Class HR Technology.
- Strong consultative, coaching, communication and influencing skills
- Strong business acumen, demonstrated analytical and creative thinking ability
