- Effectively manage HR Operations
- Head a pan-India team covering the functions of Payroll/Settlements/Compliance/Fund Management/Expatriate Administration/Budgets/Employee Benefit Administration/MI & Analytics/Projects
- Risk Assessment of all processes in HR & HR Operations
- Payroll/Pension processing & salary credits for all employees
- Final settlements of resigned employees
