Head - HR - SBU

We are helping a leading Multi National Organization, Headhunt a Head SBU - HR

The ideal candidate would be from premium Business School (Tier 1 or Tier 2) and having 10-12 years of experience with strong exposure to Employees Relations.

Primary responsibilities would include:

- Managing end to end HR Function for the SBU.

- Compliance to regulatory concerns and reporting.

- Organizational and space planning

- Employee Engagement & Motivation
