Brief Job Summary

- The Head-Human Resources would lead Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity, goal attainment, and the on-going development of a superior workforce

- The role holder would be responsible for leading the HR Function for the organization and will ensure delivery to strategic business initiatives and growth of the organization from an HR perspective

Candidate Profile

- Should have handled all the aspects of HR, with minimum 7yrs of experience in an HR Generalist Profile also responsible for leading a team. Should have experience in OD, Change Management and Talent management and engagement experience

- Should have managed employee strength-Above 750 (permanent/contractual staffing)Should have worked in fast paced energy environments.

- Should have worked under tight schedules/deadlines.

- Should have scaled employee strength. Eg from 300 to 1000 employees in a certain period of time.

Compensation

- 30 to 35 lacs
