Head - HR Project and Process
Role Purpose:
Managing the HR related projects. Owner of the HR process definitions, review and optimization. Participate at the cross-functional projects representing the HR role.
- Responsibilities:
Mapping, analysis and documentation of existing processes
Preparation of process manuals and process maps of new processes
Collects and analyzes data, evaluates the results of the implementation of process management
Monitors the performance bottlenecks and defects in order to identify opportunities for process innovation
Provides consulting support company management, company business units and project managers
Management of projects within HR department, participation on cross-functional projects
Matrix reporting lines to both HR dept. and project management office
- Key skills / abilities:
University degree
Min. 1-2 years- experience in process management
Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt advantage
Good knowledge of MS Office (xls, ppt, visio)
Good communication skills, logical thinking and analytical skills
Able to accept personal responsibility for the results
Accuracy, credibility, loyalty, the ability to anticipate problem situations and trying to prevent them
Advanced knowledge of English (spoken and written, daily use)
