Responsibilities:
- Lead the team to build efficient HR Process & Systems to deliver superior Employee experience throughout their life cycle for full time employees
- Work independently and with others; in preparing Business Blueprints (BBP) of the proposed processes, technical configuration workbooks, present vs proposed processed gap analysis documents, functional specifications required & impact analysis on end-users' documents
- Provide day-to-day support for the production environment. Provide support for issues related to HR Systems by investigating problems and developing detailed suggestions for resolution of issues
- Propose efficiency and quality improvements made evident through projects and day-to-day responsibilities. Continually analyze current business processes and look for opportunities for improvement
- Work with internal business partners to provide valuable solutions that support efficient processes and high-quality user experience, including proactive system controls
- Support and execute full development lifecycle: gather requirements, design, build, test, and deploy
- Support other technical and functional consultants with inputs from end-users for custom enhancements, and support for testing and bug fixing
- Interact with end-users in defining and finalizing the HR processes for the project
- Disseminate information, manage all communications across employees on information that impacts their employment, including Policy changes, revisions & communications.
- Design and cultivate positive experiences at every step of the employee journey, building thoughtful practices that engage employees.
- Translate customer business rules to technical business requirements. Conducting workshops with key users/end users & preparation of configuration workbook, testing, and user training extensively
