Run the HR Shared Services function for the Company with zero non-compliance to agreed processes - Identify opportunities to in-source more repetitive tasks from various HR sub-domains. Automate/simplify the existing ones to create synergies and improve scalability - Work with the General Counsel to create and implement the Labor Law Compliance road map for all countries where company has its operations - Run the Happiness Office, a domain entrusted with the enviable task to create best practices and identify opportunities through which the Company can contribute towards work-life balance, health and satisfaction of its employees and their families - Manage all internal and external audits for the HR function - Take the award winning CSR programs of the Company forward. The Company's CSR philosophy is to focus on education for the under privileged. The Individual will be expected to lead this domain and ensure that we are doing everything possible to change lives of over 200 students currently supported through our CSR partners - Work with all HR sub-domains and ensure seamless and timely execution of agreed processes - Drive change management towards building a business of tomorrow - Achieve KPIs while enhancing the feeling of empowerment in business - Identify areas of automation and reduce manual efforts for the HR team - Provide guidance and mentoring to team members which helps them maximize their learning potential - Focus on capability development and productivity through eminent world-class benchmarking, awareness and facilitation support - Manage multiple stakeholders and help deliver synergy
