Head HR Operations
Job Responsibility:
- HR Operations Strategy: Develop and execute the HR operations strategy in alignment with organizational goals, focusing on scalability, efficiency, and compliance.
- Global Expansion: Lead the setup of HR operations in new international geographies, with a specific focus on the US and Europe, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and data privacy laws.
- Employee Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire employee lifecycle from recruitment to offboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for employees.
- Payroll and Benefits Administration: Manage payroll and benefits administration processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Stay abreast of changes in labor laws, tax regulations, and data privacy laws, ensuring compliance and mitigating risks.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with HR service providers, including payroll vendors, HRIS vendors, and legal consultants, ensuring quality service delivery and cost-effectiveness.
- Process Optimization: Continuously review and optimize HR processes and workflows to drive efficiency and improve the employee experience.
- Data Analytics: Utilize HR data and analytics to derive insights and inform decision-making, driving continuous improvement in HR operations.
Ideal Candiate:
- Experience: 8-12 years of experience in HR operations, with a proven track record of setting up HR operations in new international geographies.
- International Experience: Extensive knowledge of HR operations in the US and Europe, including payroll, labor laws, tax laws, and data regulatory laws.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and translate organizational goals into a ctionable HR operations initiatives.
- Compliance Expertise: Deep understanding of local labor laws, tax regulations, and data privacy laws, with a focus on ensuring compliance and mitigating risks.
- Vendor Management: Strong vendor management skills, with the ability to effectively manage relationships and negotiate contracts.
- Analytical Skills: Proficient in data analysis and interpretation, with the ability to derive insights and make data-driven decisions.
- Leadership: Experience leading and developing high-performing teams, with a focus on fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment, with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach to challenges.
