Job Description:

Reporting into the SVP HR your roles and responsibilities are as follows:

- Overseeing the strategic alignment of HR operations in including oversight of team structure, deliverables and impact.

- Executing an effective framework for processes and technology solutions and deliver high quality service delivery.

- Driving process improvement initiatives across human capital functional areas to maximize efficiency of your team.

- Building analytics strategy and leveraging data/reporting to deliver key insights across the firm's talent base.

- Developing a standard firm-wide approach for reporting key human capital metrics to measure diversity, headcount, recruitment and attrition.

- Defining controls to ensure human capital data integrity and minimize risk exposure.

- Building local capabilities to manage RFP responses and background checks

The Successful Applicant

You come with 10-12 years of experience in leading HR Operations with a full time MBA from a top tier business school. You should have worked as an HR Operations expert in data analytics driven space. You should have excellent communication skills and can work closely with global stakeholders.
