Qualification – MBA/PGDM HR or équivalent masters in HR

Exp – 6-7 years experience in corporate HR

Job Desc

- Lead the entire post recruitment process for AMOS India employees

- Lead the comp and ben strategy of the orgn

- Responsible for Fitments, generation of appointment letters, payroll, induction, performance management, benefit managemenet, year end activities, international assignments, statutory requirements, HR audit etc

- Implementation and introduction of HR policies and processes, re-engineering and introduction of processes of efficient HR operations

- Automation of life cycle of HR operations

- Lead the team of HR ops , HR BP and external service providers (incl contract negotiation)

Job Spec

- 6-7 years of corporate HR experience.

- Mandatory exp in compensation and benefits team in the middle management

- Preferable exp in HR BP responsibilities in the experience

- Preferably experience in Financial services like Banking or Insurance. Can also look at manufacturing sectors/IT companies

- Must have been stable in one company for atleast 4-5 years.
