REPORTING TO INDIA HEAD - COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Key Deliverables :
SHOULD HAVE STRONG KNOWLEDGE IN WORKDAY HRIS IMPLEMENTATION AND HR OPERATIONS
- Designing, developing & implementing rewards programs aligned with Company's strategic plan
- Supporting decision making for pay actions (job offers, equity increases, promotions & bonus buyouts) by using survey sources & market references
- Monitoring the compensation & benefits policies for retaining existing employees and drawing attention of fresh talents
- Developing Variable Pay Programs for sales and non-sales business lines within the Group Implementing Benefits proposition for all levels of employees
- Working in sync with Function Heads as HR Business Partner for developing and deploying customized people solution for Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and Talent Retention
- Managing end-to-end integration and management of HR practices / policies across all M&A's Structuring the organizational design (function-wise) and rolling out of the same through effective communication with all stake holders
- Leading the implementation of HRIS for automating Global & Local People processes Coordinating with various businesses and ensuring finalization of Headcount & People Cost budget along with monthly monitoring of actuals against the budget each month
- Administering the design and rollout of HR Analytics practice for the management regarding HR function for enabling business decisions using data insights
- Overseeing the centralized Payroll operations for entire India across approximately 18 locations
