1. Compensation Management - Responsible for conceptualizing and implementing the entire Reward Strategy - Shareholder management for driving C&B initiatives and policy changes - Working with Finance and respective business heads for creating Sales incentive Plans - Developing Salary structure, hiring guidelines and merit increments basis analysis of relevant data 2. Benefits Management - Develop and maintain cost-effective benefit plans and programs - Ensuring compliance for all benefit and compensation programs, procedures etc 3. Performance Management - Evaluate and enhance effectiveness of performance management framework - Initiate and deploy performance management process - Ensure implementation as per agreed timelines across all departments - Resolve all implementation issues and train new entrants on PMS - Drive and monitor promotion process 4. Recognition and rewards - Review existing R&R schemes - Develop new schemes to recognize and motivate talent as per relevant guidelines 5. Budgeting - Create an effective HR cost and manpower plan linked to strategy, budgets and objectives of the organization - Monitoring and controlling of HR cost and Manpower numbers. Plan vs actual coordination with Finance - Regularly sharing dashboards and analysis with the appropriate audience 6. HR Process Improvement - Research and identify new initiatives for identifying for HR Policy and Process Improvement - Develop new and thorough plans for implementation of new initiatives 7. HR Operations Centre - Lead the centre for all aspects of HR administration ranging from onboarding, file management, background verification, insurance management and compliance - Ensure the centre executes on its strategic projects and that service levels are met and exceeded and all operation metrics are trending in the right direction 8. Audit and Compliance Management - Responsible for adherence to statutory guidelines - Implementation of ERM framework to ensure risk control, assessment and mitigation 9. Payroll Management - Responsible to oversee the payroll process and its related compliance activities
