Job Description :
- Lead salary benchmarking, job evaluation, grade structuring, competitive landscape analysis & compensation plans revisions
- Oversee our payroll systems, partners both internally and externally
- Participation and interpretation of salary surveys, analyzing market, bench marking of salaries and placement of individuals in grades.
- Align the Policies and Processes to Regional and Global Practices
- Modernize the company policies and procedure aligned to best practices.
- Manage the People Budget for the organization
- Establish key HR metrics and provide feedback to stakeholder for better decision making.
- Ensure our recordkeeping and data processing procedures comply with Compliance requirements, both internally and externally
- Facilitate program management / project management for key HR Tech projects in the geography
- An experienced post graduate with 13-14 years- experience.
- Prior knowledge of Total Rewards, exposure to different technological platforms
