Head - HR (Operation)

QUALIFICATION: MBA-HR/MSW-HR/PG-HR.

Responsibility:

- To Plan, Organize, Direct, Control and Staffing the entire HRM - Operations functions of the company.

- Employee Selection, Placement, Induction, Appointment, Transfer, HR Documentation, Leave management, Statutory Compliance, HR General Administration.

- Grade - HRMS process and system management, Provide leadership to the HR Zonal and Regional Support officers.

- Timely HR selection, Interview of candidate and placement of employees as per manpower plan.

- Co-ordinate with all other functional department

- Experience in Oracle /SAP ERP software all HRMS exposure is preferred.
