Currently working on a senior level position into HR Operations to be based in Gurgaon for a financial services organization.
The jobholder will work closely with the Director - Human Resources and the HR team to develop and implement strategies related to key HR policies and processes, compensation and benefits management, performance management, HR Automation, MIS & Reporting.
- He/ she will also have the overall responsibility to ensure effective management of employee database as well as adherence to statutory compliances.
Looking for:
- Management graduate with a specialisation in HR.
- Must have proven experience of 10 - 12 years in a generalist HR role, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Exposure to benchmark compensation and benefit practices is mandatory.
- Operational experience in designing and implementing HR systems and processes.
- Experience in payroll processing and statutory compliances will be an advantage.
