Roles and Responsibilities
Managerial Responsibilities:
- Mentoring and coaching the team members
- Identifying the training needs and providing appropriate training to the team
- Providing administrative support to the team
- Focusing on performance management, efficiency improvement and retention of team members
Functional Responsibilities:
- Employee life cycle processes (Hire to Retire process)
- Management of Payroll and remittance of statutory payouts
- Handling Payroll Accounting
- Own HR And Statutory compliance
- Provide Strategic leadership in organization level decisions
- Project management and transitions of new HRIS and next Gen HR Technology
- Creating monthly review and dashboards (Cost Budget/F&A/HR Ops Metrics/HR Scorecard)
- Involvement in process improvement and documentation
- Handling employee exceptions, audit and vendor reviews
- Collaborating with accounting and costing teams for payroll data processing
- Leading and designing employee friendly processes and policies
- Automation projects design and implementation
Functional Competencies
- Sound knowledge of compliance systems and processes
- Well versed with Finance and Accounting
- Knowledge of different policies, law and salary structuring
- Adept in Excel, Powerpoint tools

- Auditors to manage internal and external audits
