- Leading a Team for managing Payroll, Statutory Compliance and Employee Benefits.

- Responsible for timely and accurate salary processing for all employees.

- Managing Gratuity Funds with the Fund Managing Houses.

- Ensuring seamless experience for Group Mediclaim.

- Timely processing of Settlements of employees

- Doing actuarial valuation on leave encashment and Gratuity every 6 months to ensure provisions are made

- Tracking payroll cost vs annual budget cost, headcount on a monthly basis vs budgeted headcount

- Authenticating payroll inputs with the output given by Payroll Service Provider

- Publishing monthly HR dashboard for submitting to MD & CHRO

- Managing ISO Audits, RBI Audits, RBI Tranche data submissions, annual BSI and Internal audits ESOP allotment, exercise, tax calculations and notes to Board for the approvals

- Timely process of Vendor bills for all the services availed Processing of settlements after necessary clearances from all the stake holders.

- Handling settlements of death cases and prioritizing closures Processing request for NPS & Staff loan benefits Statutory Bonus Payment & Form D Compliance Ensuring timely Payments & submission of annual returns for LWF & Professional Tax.
