Head HR Operations

Scrabble has been mandated to hire a Head of HR Operations for a leading audio platform based in Bangalore. We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Head of HR Operations to lead HR operations team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR operations, with a focus on strategic planning, operational excellence, and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute the HR operations strategy in alignment with the overall HR and business strategy.

- Drive operational excellence in HR operations through the implementation of best practices, automation, and process improvement initiatives

- Lead the development and implementation of innovative HR processes and programs to enhance employee experiences and engagement

- Drive the adoption of a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence within the HR operations team

- Partner with other HR functions and business leaders to ensure alignment and integration of HR processes with business goals

- Manage and optimise HR systems and technology to support efficient and effective HR operations

- Lead and develop a high-performing HR operations team, providing coaching, guidance, and development opportunities

- Manage relationships with external vendors and partners for HR operations

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; Master's degree preferred

- 8+ years of experience in HR operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role

- Strong knowledge of HR processes, including Hire to Retire processes

- Experience with operational excellence, process improvement, and strategic planning

- Experience managing HR operations for multiple countries, with a majority of employees based in India

- Looking for people from B2B SaaS platforms/ Tech product/ e-commerce

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
