Working days: 6 days - Prior work experience with Startups, FMCG companies, eCommerce, etc. is highly preferred. - Someone who has managed a large workforce: HR Operations, Blue Collar Vendor management, handled employee queries and grievances, exit formalities, payroll, etc. Role & Responsibilities: - Partners with the leadership team to understand and execute the organization's human resource and talent strategy. - Analyzes trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent. - Creates learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees. - Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations. - Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law. - Supports HR Business Partners and drive the data for all HR planning cycles - Manages the payroll team and oversees the payroll function with a focus on process improvement, accuracy, and compliance - Responsible for the input, implementation, and identification of problem areas for all HR transactions and service delivery processes and recommends solutions - Design and implement company policies - Monitor key HR metrics - Responsible for process improvement, including evaluating existing systems and procedures, providing recommendations for changes and improvements, and implementing changes - Address employees' queries (e.g. on compensation and labor regulations) Requirements : - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate. - Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. - Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
