Looking for Head HR for a Media Company.
Responsibilities :
- HR strategy formulation in line with the business objectives
- Ensuring the communication of Company Goals, HR Principles & HR policies to all team members
- Strategic alignment of the HR function’s goals to the Company Goals
- Developing and managing various HR intervention tools
- Manpower planning and budgeting
- Talent acquisition across verticals with an emphasis on improving the quality of intake and timeliness. (Recruitment strategy, process, using of selection tools etc.).
- Initiatives for employer branding
- Talent Management
- Developing a strategically aligned performance management and measurement system
- Competency building - Identifying training needs/gap, designing training programs, conducting soft skill training, developing internal trainers
- Managing all issues relating to reward and compensation management (Developing potential candidates, monitoring their growth as per the Career Plan, organizing assessment centers etc).
- Succession Planning for the Company
- Rolling out of ESOP plans and various talent retention tools
- Constantly devising new & innovative reward & recognition mechanisms to boost team member morale & thus increase productivity
- Supporting line functions on various people issues with proper advice and guidance. (Emphasize on culture building, value demonstration, ethical practices, people orientation, coaching and ownership).
Qualification - MBA in HR from a premier institute
