Impelsys is looking for an experienced HR professional to lead HR at Impelsys. We are looking for person with an entrepreneurial bent of mind and relationship skills, who is willing to take hands-on responsibility to assist our business units in effectively delivering value to our customers.
Job requirements

Experience - 12 - 16 Years

Location - Bangalore

Compensation - As per market standards [15-20 lakhs]

Education - UG – any

PG - MBA/PGDM - HR/Industrial Relations (full-time and not distance learning)

Role - Head / Vice President – Human Resources

Industry - Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in Information Technology a must

Gender Preference - FEMALE (though not mandatory for suitable candidate)

Job Description: Responsible for the entire gamut of human resource activities viz.

- Engaging with the business units to understand business strategy and develop hiring plans for the required resources

- Managing the entire recruitment life-cycle and sourcing the best talent for In-House and Clients requirement

- Sourcing and Selection Management

- Employee orientation, training, on boarding

- Compensation and benefits administration

- Employee Retention

- Employee Relationship Management & Grievance redressal

- HR Policy design and implementation

- Should have minimum 5 years of experience leading HR for a small / mid-size Company.

- Implement and monitor performance management system

- Monthly MIS for HR related activities

- Implement policies and procedures for compliance with Labour Laws and other regulatory policies

- Employee Learning and Development program

The individual needs to be self-motivated and have innate leadership skills to lead the team at Impelsys. As Head of Human Resources, it is an imperative that the individual be honest, display integrity and respect in all interactions and lead by example. He/ She needs to have excellent personal communication and relationship skills to engage with various stakeholders within the organization.
