We are currently retained by a Series E-funded platform based in Delhi/NCR. The startup is profitable & planning for an IPO this year.

The HR role is to provide strategic direction to the organization from an HR perspective. The role will lead HR overall with a critical focus on Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, employee engagement, employer branding, managing performance, and general help in scaling up of the organization and controlling attrition.

Responsibilities:

- Function as a hands-on, strategic partner to the business while designing and implementing a scalable HR strategy

- Maintain a deep understanding of the business and culture inside and out so that you are able to provide strategic HR partnerships to the business leaders and the teams you support

- Total rewards program administration

- Develop, implement, and maintain performance management and talent review processes

- Leading and leveraging HR processes within the business (Performance Management, Salary Planning/Reward Management, Succession Planning and Talent Management).

- Forecasting talent requirements and overseeing hiring

- Act with the employee experience top of mind, continuously seeking feedback, and inefficiencies, and maintaining business relationships based on trust and respect

- Partner with the company's Management Team to resolve employee relations issues; provide coaching and counselling to management and staff

Ideal candidate:

The ideal candidate is a builder - Someone who can come in with a willingness and an ability to build HR capabilities. This person will be responsible for all things people & culture, owning and heavily influencing everything from Career Mapping and Performance Management programs to bonus & incentive planning and employee onboarding/offboarding.

- Experience in owning HR function in a high-growth, fast-paced startup environment

- Must have exposure to working with the Founders directly

- Seasoned HR professional with over 12+ years of experience post-MBA from a good B school.

- Analytical expertise; proficient with data-driven analysis as it relates to HR/People
