Tenure:

- 15-20 years of total work experience in reputed Indian and/or MNC organizations, known for good HR systems and practices

Content Areas:

- has worked in strategic HR areas, including Performance and Talent Management, Leadership Development, Restructuring, Change Management, Rewards, etc

Industries: experience of working in Services sector companies, preferably Healthcare sector experience

Roles: should have spent at least 5 years in a corporate HR role at senior management levels
