Head HR - Construction - XLRI/TISS

Our client is India's largest construction organisation with over 60 years of experience and expertise in the Industry. Looking for Head HR, to head the HR function for their Business Divisions, based in Mumbai and Kolkata.

The role will be responsible for heading the end to end HR function for the business division with staff varying from 3500 to 10000.

Looking for candidates with PG in HR from XLRI / TISS / Leading Institutions.

Experience ranging between - 18 - 23 years and above.

Age - 43 to 50 years as these candidates would be posted as successors.

In addition to being a top class HR professionals, the candidate should have headed HR functions independently for a well known company with more than 1000 permanent staff. May be considered if he has headed a large independent division of a large company with company sales INR 5000 Crs & above.
