- As Head of HR Compliances, design and implement an effective statutory compliances process across the group that facilitates adherence of all laid standards, applicable laws and ultimately ensures compliance on all HR statutory compliances

- Collaborate effectively with all stakeholders (corporate & all units/businesses) to have full overview of all general labor law and compliance practices across the group.

- Act as an expert to guide all relevant stakeholders and help adapt best practices in HR Compliances

- Any industry experience will work, the organisation is in Hospital space
