Performance Management:
- Develop a Performance Management philosophy of the Organization in line with Org strategy, HR Vision & Goals, HR Strategy and seek approval from top management
- Create a Performance Management system in line with the philosophy and appropriate measures to implement the same
- Benchmark PMS process with market to latest trends & gaps in current system and make necessary changes to the same.
- Clearly communicate and cascade the philosophy to all line managers and employees
- Draw up Performance Management Process calendar as approved by management
- Execute goal setting process, mid year appraisal & end year appraisal process for all eligible employees
- Develop a training program on Performance Management Philosophy and System of the Company to create awareness & capability for appraisers/ appraisees
- Put in place a communication plan for completion of the entire PMS process
Total Rewards:
- Develop a 'Rewards Philosophy' for the Organization in line with Org strategy, HR Vision & Goals, HR Strategy and seek approval from top management.
- Create a comprehensive 'Total Rewards' framework for the Organization in line with the Rewards philosophy
- Create compensation structures for employees based on the framework (Variable pay at higher levels etc.)
- Benchmark current compensation with industry to ensure market competitiveness in order to attract and retain right talent
- Perform parity analysis to ensure internal equity is maintained
- Provide compensation related guidelines to Talent Acquisition teams (Hiring Grid etc.) and support in offer preparation (Compensation)
- Execute Performance Appraisal letters of employees
Policies:
- Review existing policies and align them with Org strategy, HR Vision and strategy
- Create new policies as per requirement and evolving trends in alignment with Org strategy, HR Vision and strategy
- Benchmark policies with industry to ensure 'Best in class' policies are implemented
- Be the custodian of all employee related policies for the Organization
- Communicate & clarify policy related issues/ grievances to employees
