MBA HR from Top pedigree institute 15-17 years exp

- 10 years of people management experience preferred

- Change management skills and experience preferred

- Navigates the organization and understands the complexity of a global services group

- Strong communication skills

- Ability to lead technological change and process improvements

- Strong business acumen and financial literacy
