We are hiring for HR Lead role for a Series A funded SaaS startup based in Gurgaon. - Managing the recruitment and selection process. - Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues - Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy - Develop plans and policies for matters such as employee compensation, benefits, health, and safety, etc. - Develop and implement strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training, and development, etc. - Supervise HR personnel and provide expert guidance. - Maintain and coordinate all activities within the HR department. - Oversee all the HR activities, initiatives, systems, and tactics. - Ensure compliance with all the legal aspects applicable. - Ensure compliance with all internal policies and standards. - Ensure grievance redressal and invoke disciplinary actions when required. - Strategize programs and policies to enhance employee growth and satisfaction.
