Job Title: HRBP Head for Luxury Retail Brand

Location: Mumbai

Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Business Partner: Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing strategic HR guidance and insights to drive business objectives and organizational growth.

2. Talent Management: Lead talent management initiatives, including workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development strategies to ensure a pipeline of high-potential talent for key roles.

3. Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention, fostering a culture of pride, belonging, and excellence.

4. Performance Management: Design and oversee performance management systems, providing coaching and guidance to managers on goal setting, performance feedback, and development planning.

5. Change Management: Drive organizational change initiatives, including mergers, acquisitions, restructuring, and cultural transformation, ensuring smooth transitions and alignment with company values and objectives.

6. Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee relations issues, conducting investigations, facilitating conflict resolution, and promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.

7. HR Policy Development: Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements and industry best practices, ensuring fairness, consistency, and transparency.

8. Compensation and Benefits: Partner with Total Rewards team to design and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent while aligning with budgetary constraints and market trends.

9. Diversity and Inclusion: Lead diversity and inclusion initiatives, fostering a culture of belonging and equity where all employees feel valued, respected, and empowered to contribute their unique perspectives and talents.

10. HR Analytics: Utilize HR analytics and metrics to track key performance indicators, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize HR processes, drive operational efficiencies, and enhance business outcomes.
