Head the technology unit as HR Business Partner with a team of 5-8 people with one of the biggest technology firms in India My client is one of the fastest growing company in mobile products space. They are a leading name in technology market with a huge global presence. They are looking for a passionate HR Business Partner who can later settle in Bangalore. Your responsibilities would include the following: - Act as an HR domain consultant and business partner to enable business success - Understand people &amp; culture practices/priorities. Drive implementation by creating alignment with business leaders/managers and by creating reports/forums to discuss areas of concerns/opportunities - Work with business leaders on productivity, pyramid and cost related areas; identify opportunities and drive associated change management - Drive change management towards building a business of tomorrow - Achieve KPIs while enhancing the feeling of empowerment in business - Identify areas of automation and reduce manual efforts for Business HR team - Focus on capability development and productivity through eminent world-class bench marking, awareness and facilitation support - Manage multiple stakeholders and help deliver synergy. Ensure Business and HR domain alignment with COE-HR Teams You should come with a minimum of 8 years of experience in HR Business partnering space primarily from product technology side. Furthermore, should come with strong stakeholder management skills, business savvy and strong decision making power. PLEASE NOTE: Initial 1 year will require the person to be based in Gurgaon, and the move permanently to Bangalore
