HRBP head - Experience in Product / Platform based organizations (a must)


Our client is a 24 year old IT services organization, who has also launched its own Product Platform. The HRBP Head will be a key member of the HR team, responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of HR strategies for the Platforms team.

Key responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with Platforms division objectives.

- Collaborate with business leaders, Centers of Excellence (COE), and Organizational Development (OD) teams to leverage collective expertise and drive impactful initiatives.

- Institute performance management systems to foster accountability and drive high performance.

- Provide guidance to managers on employee relations matters, performance improvement, and conflict resolution.

- Design and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee capabilities and career progression.

- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to cultivate a culture of belonging.

- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations within the Platforms division.

- Stay abreast of HR best practices and industry trends, integrating relevant insights into divisional strategies.

Ideal Candidate:

- 10-15 years of experience in HRBP roles, experience within a platform-based businesses or technology firms is a must.

- MBA from a premium B-school or equivalent qualification in Human Resources or related field.

- Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business results.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

- Strong leadership abilities, with experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.

- Highly analytical mindset, with the ability to leverage HR data to inform decision-making.

- Passion for driving a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
