Head - HR Business Partner - IT/BFS

- Support the design and implementation of the local people plan, to help deliver the business strategy and plans.

- Act as a trusted strategic advisor to the business area Leads.

- Work closely with divisional senior leaders to deliver on people related initiatives as relevant for example organisational design, team development, workforce planning, succession planning, skills development and employee engagement to ensure a first class employee experience.

- Lead and assist organisation transformation and change programmes, including restructuring and variation of contracts.

- Provide advice, coach and guide Line managers and Directors.

- Ownership of the effective implementation of local policies and processes across ensuring annual processes (reward / performance reviews) are completed in a timely manner.

- Lead and motivate a small team of business partners.

- Keep abreast of the external market to ensure initiatives are relevant and adapted to meet local needs.

- Work with the SMEs (Talent, Recruitment and Reward) to ensure that initiatives are implemented successfully.

- Interpret key people metrics to support decision making and value add initiatives.

- Acts as delegate for the Director.

- Engage with global people partnering communities and forums as relevant.

- Lead and deliver on projects and initiatives as necessary, ensuring the successful stand up and growth of the org, including supporting the execution delivery of onboarding and induction for new joiners.

- Awareness and understanding of the application of employment law and local regulations
