Head - HR Business Partner - IT

Our Global IT Software company is looking for Head HR Business Partner for India Business.

This role will report to Head HR / CFO of company.

- About Company - Our client leading IT Software company and having multiple offices in India ( Hyderabad,Bangalore,Pune, Indore,Delhi/NCR) .

- We are looking for Head HR Business Partner who will be manage employee base of 4500 people in India.

- Successful candidate will define whole strategy and road map for HRBP business function in India.

- Translate organization needs into HR Interventions to improve business performance and effectiveness, as well as to improve the overall employee experience and engagement

- Consulting with the business leadership team for business issues and innovative HR solutions

- Driving cost and manpower productivity across the organization.

- Developing and maintaining effective relationships with the Indian Senior Management and department heads

- Supporting the delivery for end to end HR services across the business

- Driving performance management and developmental programs for capability development

Actively supporting and influencing change management to ensure internal HR transformation

Candidate Profile :

- The desired candidate come with minimum 14 years of hands-on experience as an HRBP within the IT / ITES background only.

- The desired candidate must have a management degree from a top-tier business school and have worked with MNC's in the past.

- You have strong communication skills and executive presence coupled with great senior stakeholder management skills.

This role is based out of Hyderabad, Bangalore and Pune based candidates can work from the same city but open to travel to Hyderabad when needed.
