Description :
Reporting into Head HR, your responsibilities would include the following :
- Liaising and advising to the organisation's leadership and facilitating the organisation's initiatives across the organisation.
- Planning, developing, implementing and administering HR programs for company employees.
- Designing or modifying an effective performance management system which aligns with the organisation's mission, strategic direction, objectives, and culture.
- Developing, implementing and enforcing HR policies and procedures of the organisation by way of systems that will improve the overall operation and effectiveness of the organisations
- Participating in the development of the organisation's plans and programs as a strategic partner, but particularly from the perspective of the impact on people.
- Developing progressive and proactive compensation and benefits programs to provide motivation, incentives and rewards for effective performance.
- Directing and leading process of employee engagement across the entire organisation
- Translating the strategic and tactical business plans into HR strategic and operational plans.
Profile :
- You should come with a minimum of 12 years of experience with Full Time MBA from Top Tier college only. Furthermore, should come with excellent interpersonal & stakeholder management skills.
