Head of HR Business Partner
- You will be required to provide HR leadership through strong business acumen, data orientation, strategic thinking, and a 'people-first' mindset.
- Lead a team of People & Culture Business Partners to create and carry out people charter for your particular functions in collaboration with business leaders.
- Build trust and credibility with employees, have deep business and people understanding/insights for their respective functions, adopt a proactive, strategic approach, and demonstrate empathetic leadership.
- Act as an internal consultant by establishing credibility with leaders as a valuable resource for business and people issues.
- Ensure seamless execution of all P&C programs and processes within the respective function.
- Contribute to the organization's initiatives in collaboration with other COEs and people functions.
- Lead the way in implementing change initiatives related to culture, performance, recognition, and policies into action. Fostering inclusivity at work and reinforcing our status as an employer that values diversity.
- Drive governance on critical People and Culture metrics such as retention and engagement.
- Partner with businesses on various aspects of People and Culture - such as Workforce Planning, Learning and Development, P&C operations, Remuneration Reviews, Team Structure and Career Pathing.
- Spearhead Wellness, CSR, and Communities/Clubs programs at the India level.
- Promote alignment and collaboration across the organization, driving synergy and perspective, demonstrating the common process and consistent messaging.
- Acting as an employee champion in helping the functions to handle key employee-related issues, providing solutions and proactively strategizing employee touchpoints whereby achieving greater employee connect.
- Proactively seek employee feedback through various engagement tools and implement actions to address employee concerns.
Qualifications :
- 15+ years experience in core HR Business Partnering post-MBA from a premier MBA Institute.
- Prior Experience working in IT Product or Gaming organizations.
- Experience in Managing a Team of HRBP's.
- Experienced in effectively communicating in a matrixed, global business environment.
- Ability to work at all levels of the HR "stack" - Strategic and tactical.
- Highly analytical, strategic thinker with strong proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving solutions.
- Understands the global business context and builds the relevant capabilities to support People & Culture initiatives.
- Ability to thrive in an unstructured environment and work independently.
- Ability to manage multiple complex issues and prioritize projects concurrently.

- Has the ability to innovate and integrate People & Culture practices around critical business issues.
