Head Distribution-HRBP-Gurgaon
Position primarily reports to CHRO and will be based out of Gurgaon. The incumbent will work closely with Chief Business Officer & respective Channel Heads in driving people & business agenda for functions like Sales, Renewals Sales Training & Marketing,.
Job Description:
- Conducts and be part of weekly Sales meetings with respective business units/P&L Head on all people/HR support needed.
- Consults and act as an advisor to line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
- Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies on areas related to attracting & retaining talent, Compensation designs, Contract manpower, state level compliances & discipline.
- Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough, and objective investigations in partnership with respective teams e.g., POSH/ICC & FCU.
- Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal/compliance requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the compliance department as needed/required.
- Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counselling, career development, disciplinary actions).
- Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation in partnership with HR COEs.
- Develops contract terms for new hires, promotions, and transfers in partnership with COE function.
- Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning for entire Sales Organization.
- Identifies training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs and work with COE on implementation & efficacy plan.
- Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follows up to ensure training objectives are met.
- Manage the entire Recruitment/TA function for Sales Organization and work closely with TA COE on all necessary process/governance adherence.
- Drive "Change & Transformation" journey in partnership with COE & Leadership team.
- Drive PMS & Talent Management process for entire CBO Office.
