KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES The Head HR Business Partner will be responsible for providing strategic advice to corporate functions, Product and Technology team and will play a key role in scaling up all the emerging markets. He/ She will act as central figure to provide human resources solutions and will be responsible for building relationships with cross- functional stakeholders within and outside the HR team. - Partner with the key stakeholders to develop, implement and drive results increasing the overall performance of the workforce. - Facilitate end to end employee life cycle management for smoother assimilation and guiding unit HR for sourcing and hiring strategies, performance management, compensation etc. - Review the policies, processes, rewards, and recognition schemes to benchmark and implement the best practices. - Partner with other functional heads on workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, and skills assessment. - Work with the CHRO on the manpower planning with a short, mid, and long- term view as part of the AOP process. - Drive HR Strategies and interventions in line with long term business plans & spearheading projects. - Implementation of HR initiatives including Talent Acquisition, Performance management, Rewards and Recognition, Employee Engagement, Learning & development for the identified Corporate Functions. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE - MBA from a top tier business school having an overall experience of 14+- years. - Deep expertise in driving HR strategy from conceptualization to execution. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Strategic thinker with strong analytical mindset. - Must have an independent Point of View to build best in class practices.
