Salary : Max is 18 lacs

Key Responsibilities :

- Acts as the end to end HR for the regional teams (both on roll & off rolls).

- Manages the implementation of core HR practices and policies

- Works closely with the regional business heads to understand the business and develops HR strategy for them accordingly

- Is responsible for activation and implementation of all HR activities across all regions

- Proactively handles the regional HR issues and sets up the processes

- Gives appropriate feedback to central teams in order to develop best practices.

Preferred Skills :

- Full Time MBA from Tier I/II colleges

- 7 to 9 years of HR experience

- Prior HR Business Partner in a mid/large organization is a must

- Team handling experience is a must
