Head - HR Business Partner - eCommerce

We have been mandated to hire a Head of HR for a leading ecommerce firm in Bangalore.

In terms of the role, we are looking at a strong HR Business Partner who will be responsible to Head HR for the firm which will include developing key policies like Talent Acquisition, compensation policies, flexiwork policies, leave policies, rehire and exit policies, Talent Management, Retention Planning & Operational and strategic HR advisory services to stakeholders.

The position will be based in Bangalore and will report into the Founder of the firm.

We are primarily looking at candidates from the tech startup industry with premier institute MBA.
