The RolE : Head-HR Business Partner

Responsibilities :

- Set contextual people priority direction, provide meaningful & deeply considered insights, Simplify everyday leader and employee interactions,

- Strengthen employee`s psychological contract with company thru fun and energizing employee experience moments

- This role will provide you with deep exposure to anticipating evolving business needs and partnering with leaders to determine the org and talent strategy thereby positioning the organization for growth, exercising judgment in ambiguous situations / complex decisions on people strategy, diagnosing culture and driving change through the cultural pillars of company

Job Specifications :

Global business partnering, proven ability to deal with and lead thru uncertainty/ambiguity, large scale change, difficult conversations, Org re-structuring, design to deployment, behavioral psychology, coaching, influencing.
