Designation- HRBP Head- Analytics Division
Location- Bangalore
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible to manage headcount of over 1000 people in analytics vertical, providing thought leadership
- Responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase organizational development, change management, internal communications and talent capabilities to support the achievement of strategic goals.
- This role also involves working closely with the Business Leaders to lead execution of the people strategy / goals for creating and sustaining a high performing organization.
- Interact with teams/ individuals as part of formal/ informal groups so as to feel the pulse of the organization and bring about changes/ improvements
- Thorough understanding of analytics business and
- To create and execute retention and development strategies for analytics division
Qualifications;
- 10-16 years of experience in core HRBP role and in analytics verical
- Talent Management (Performance Management & Development), Succession planning
- Excellent collaboration, leadership, and decision-making skills; ability to balance execution of various change activities
- Conceptual, analytical & tactical thinking, strategic thought process
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop strong working relationships and effectively influence all levels of business stakeholders
