- This is a strategic and Leadership role. Someone who can manage HR role for multiple businesses handling a team of 30+ employees. Reports to Group HR Head.
- Proficient in managing and facilitating all aspects of Talent/Performance Management, Employee Relations and Organizational Development while directly partnering with executive leadership.
- Develop and design new solutions, policies and procedures where required.
- Managing HR operations, Compliance, IR, Employee Relations etc.
- Responsible for managing Recruitment & Manpower Planning etc.
