Job Description - Based out of Pune, the Head-HR Analytics will be responsible for the following broad aspects:

- Champion global HR Analytics with a consistently applied set of methods, tools and techniques

- Take a leading role in the overall firm's HR reporting and Analytics strategy

- Design agile and sustainable HR Analytics to support the introduction of new business models

- Track global competitors and shape up best practices in HR Analytics and reporting strategy

- Coach, Develop and mentor a team of HR Analytics specialists

The Successful Candidate - As the successful applicant, you will:

- Have a Masters degree in HR/IT/Business Management from a Top Tier Institute like XLRI/MDI/TISS/IIMs etcetera

- Have experience of 10+ Years across HR analytics and Reporting

- Be well versed with statistical and reporting tools like SAP HCM, Taleo, Sumtotal, Qlikview, SAP BW etcetera

- Be comfortable in driving change management and strategy while working in close collaboration with senior global stakeholders

- Lean/Six Sigma Certification

- Have preferably worked abroad and in senior HR Analytics and reporting roles
