Role: - Responsible for partnering with business and function heads and one down across organisation. - Identify the gaps/issues and advise & counsel with HR solutions. - Devising hiring strategy from man-power planning to maintaining a healthy dashboard. - Partner with COE teams and drive HR programs at the firm-wide level. - Conceptualize employee engagement programs for attracting and retaining talent. Preferred Candidate: - Must have pre-dominant work experience in the Insurance sector. - Strong stakeholder management skills - Proven success of HR initiatives implemented as an HRBP - Should have managed mid to large volume hiring. - An analytic blend of mind to sense the hiring sentiments of the market and predict attrition.
