- Experience in developing HR policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance
- Understand and facilitate Institution and Culture Building processes within the organization
- Originate and lead organizational strategies and implementation in HR, including recruitment, learning and development, performance management, talent and succession management, employee relations, and organizational design and development skills
- Project management skills and ability to drive programs independently
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills,
- Able to build relationships at all levels; ability lead, nurture and develop teams
- Working knowledge of the Administrative function
- Preferably, have exposure to a Social Sector organization
