1. Develops and maintains a human resources system that meets top management information needs.

2. Responsible for Internal communication within the Organization to ensure that it has a high impact in terms of keeping staff regularly informed, engaged and inspired and ensure that staff have a clear and positive grasp of what the Organization stands for and what it is trying to achieve.

3. Design and coordination of a coveted Leadership Development program for the middle management across all Group Companies.

4. Promote a culture of training among employees

5. Provide inputs for improving the effectiveness of processes, policies on talent management.

6. Analyzes wage and salary reports and data to determine competitive compensation plan.

7. Writes directives advising department managers of Company policy regarding equal employment opportunities, compensation, and employee benefits.

8. Oversees the analysis, maintenance, and communication of records required by law or local governing bodies, or other departments in the organization.

9. Identifies legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance.

10. Recruits, interviews, tests, and selects employees to fill vacant positions.

11. Keeps records of benefits plans participation such as insurance and pension plan, personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations, and employee statistics for government reporting.

12. Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.

13. Responsible for Compliance of site as well as HO.

14. Administers performance review program to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within organization. Administers salary administration program to ensure compliance and equity within organization.

15. Prepares budget of human resources operations.

16. Supports operations by supervising staff planning, organizing, and implementing administrative systems.

17. Supervise administrative staff, including determining workloads and schedules, evaluating staff performance, providing training and making hiring, promotions and disciplinary recommendations to company management.

18. Coordinate IT support with an outside contractor on server support, purchase IT equipment, and coordinate with parent and other subsidiary company IT personnel

19. Coordination with IT team and internal users for up keeping IT related services and assets at Corporate Office and Site offices

20. To upkeep IT related services and assets at Corporate Office and Site offices.
