- Warburttons a leadership search organisation is retained to identify a strategic and experienced Head of HR & Admin to lead the HR & Admin function for a large real estate company.. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in fostering a positive workplace culture, attracting top talent, and implementing HR strategies that align with the business objectives.
As a Head of HR & Admin you will manage the below responsibility :
1. Strategic HR Leadership :
- Develop and execute HR strategies that support the organization's goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with leadership to drive workforce planning, talent acquisition, and employee development initiatives.
2. Talent Acquisition and Management :
- Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring the attraction and retention of high-caliber professionals.
- Implement effective onboarding programs and talent development initiatives to nurture employee growth.
3. Employee Relations :
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Address employee concerns and ensure fair and consistent application of policies and procedures.
- Mediate and resolve workplace conflicts to maintain a harmonious work environment.
4. Performance Management :
- Design and implement performance management systems to optimize employee productivity.
- Provide guidance to managers on performance evaluations, feedback, and goal-setting.
5. Compensation and Benefits :
- Develop and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- Conduct market research to ensure our offerings remain attractive and aligned with industry standards.
6. Training and Development :
- Identify training needs and implement development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
- Support career growth through mentorship and learning opportunities.
7. HR Compliance :
- Stay abreast of labor laws and regulations to ensure organizational compliance.
- Implement policies and procedures that align with legal requirements.
8. Administration:
- Oversee administrative functions, including office facilities and equipment.
- Ensure efficient and smooth day-to-day operations
A successful applicant should have:
- Postgraduate in HR with 15 years + of work experience of which atleast 5 years of experience in leading the HR function for a Real Estate Organisation.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
- Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and organizational development.
