Job Description: Head-HR & Admin Reporting to CEO
Location: Delhi
Company- An upcoming well funded Social Business in Education Space.
Salary: Rs 10-12 lakhs CTC with ESOP’s
Experience: 5-10 yrs yrs in mid-sized companies (Education based companies would be preferred)
Education: MBA with experience in Human Resource
Key responsibilities of the role may include:
- Recruitment
- Developing and implementing strategic plans & HR policies, in line with overall organizational goals.
- Compensation & Benefits Management
- Implementation of performance linked variable pay-for-performance program
- Performance management – Designing and implementing quantified and aligned performance management system
- Designed and implemented a customized individual performance and potential appraisal process
- Designing and Deploying HR Strategy
- Career Planning and Development
- Talent Management and Succession Planning
- Retention Management
