Looking For Candidate Having 9 Plus Yrs Horeca Exposure In Food Or Dairy Industry Only.

The Profile Is More Of Development Of Horeca Channel Than Horeca Sales

candidate will be responsible following key deliverables :

- Maximizing sales volumes and market share of Organisation in all categories of products.

- Maximizing sales growth and profitability of Organisationl's HORECA business, across categories.

- Ensure Organisation's dominance in every HORECA sub segment and every category related products used in HORECA segment

- Identify and exploit opportunities of dairy product development and introduction for HORECA segment

The major key responsibility areas are :

- He/She will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, negotiating and strategizing business development of HORECA Segment for Organisation.

- His/her success will be measured by the delivery of business critical goals, growth and gain in market share. The ideal candidate will possess a demonstrated ability to think strategically about customers, categories and channel challenges, with the ability to build and maintain infrastructure and teams.

- Drive category-wise sales growth and penetration in HoReCa segment

- Finalize and execute purchase contracts with Institutional chains, such as hotel chains, restaurant chains, fast-food chains, pizza chains, flight kitchens, airlines, railways, large corporate offices and corporate canteens, large academic campuses.

- Appointment of specialized HoReCa distributors in key markets.

- Directly handle and liaison with key HoReCa accounts and send product samples, price offers, product details to them for our entire institutional range. Follow up for orders and monitor sales as well as supply chain for HoReCa business

- Coordinate with various Brand Managers of marketing team for product / packing development, product customization for HoReCa specific products.

- First class Graduate / Post Graduate in Management. Candidates with graduation in Hotel Management will be preferred..

- 10 - 15 years of relevant work experience of handling corporate HORECA in Food / Dairy organisation.

Preferably between 30 - 45 years.
